Friendly colleague in the position of Purchase to Pay Accountant will fit in perfectly with us.

What will be your job about?

As the Purchase to Pay Accountant, you will take care of your internal clients and ensuring smooth operations of following activities :

  • Process transactions (invoices, credit notes).
  • Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
  • Post invoices into accounting system on a daily and timely basis while ensuring invoices are coded to the correct GL accounts and cost centers.
  • Prepare payments and perform month-end activities and reporting.
  • Analyze vendor accounts, solve negative balances.
  • Reconcile vendor statements.
  • Performance according to KPI, CPI and company policy.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve account discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries.
  • Communicate with client, provide support and solutions.
  • Participate on improvement and optimization projects.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and special tasks, as assigned.

  • What experience, knowledge and skills we are looking for? Experience requirements

  • Can be fresh graduate
  • Experience in the AP area / Customer service advantage
  • Knowledge

    Very good command of English, another language is a plus.

  • User PC skills (knowledge of ERP system can be an advantage).
  • Excel basics.
  • Secondary education or higher with Accountancy / Banking / Business / Finance background.
  • F&A process understanding & accounting knowledge.
  • Skills and personality requirements

  • Ability to work independently as well as in the team.
  • Drive and ambition to deliver on contractual deadlines and SLAs.
  • Inspiring commitment among other team members.
  • Ability to create and run good relationship within the company and with clients.
  • Analytical, interpersonal, communication skills and flexibility.
  • Friendly personality with sense of responsibility and good focus on details.
  • Excellence in timeliness, accuracy and consistency of data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Czech citizenship or work permit is a must.
