As a part of the Data Management team Technical Web Analyst’s main responsibility is overseeing the implementation of analytics and measurements of Avast’s websites and applications.
Main digital analytics tool at Avast is Google Analytics 360 that provides insights to internal business and stakeholders such as web marketing team, e-
commerce, product managers and third-parties.
Administration and maintenance of the biggest Google Analytics 360 implementation in Central Europe.
Managing tracking across whole product portfolio (web, desktop products, mobile apps, emails, ecommerce platforms).
Key tools : Google Analytics 360 (Premium) : Analytics 360, Tag Manager 360, BigQuery, Data Studio, Optimize.
Key stakeholders : acquisition team, e-commerce team, marketing team, product managers, web team, developers.
Understands the digital marketing best practices and principles, applies this knowledge to work.
Manages and translates analytic requests into solutions, provides proactive insights.
Optimises traffic resources and takes care about web analytics budget.
Integrating web analytics and aligning the tracking across multiple brands.
Measurement methods’ debugging.
Documenting all the settings.
Ability to work with diverse team members / users across the globe.
Experience with e-commerce.
Creation or collaboration on online project.
Strong analytical thinking and good communicator.
Strong experience with Google Analytics implementation.
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
Knowledge of the Measurement Protocol, BigQuery, Optimize and Campaign Manager platform is an advantage.
Experience with a custom implementation of web & app tracking in Google Analytics or similar tool is an advantage.
