We are looking for a to join our HR team located in Prague

The purpose of the role is provide strategic people advice and support to leaders and managers to enable business / function performance and deliver people strategy in Consumer Sales

Responsibilites :

  • Contribute to and deliver the people strategy / plan / priorities for business area / function in line with overall people strategy
  • Enable engagement and culture for business area / function in line with organisation
  • Advise and mentor leaders and managers to build capability to improve people decisions and practices across the employee lifecycle (e.
  • g. resourcing, talent management and development and performance) while handling risk

  • Advise leaders and managers on the resolution of sophisticated ER issues
  • Partner with Group HR functions to craft, deliver and evaluate people projects, solutions and services (e.g. L&D, Reward, Organisation Design, Performance Management, Internal Comms and People Experience)
  • Analyse business area / function people data to provide meaningful insight and recommendations
  • Work closely with Finance Business Partners on workforce planning and costing
  • Ensure HR solutions and initiatives are delivered cost efficiently
  • Requirements :

  • 5+ years of proven experience of HR Business Partnering or HR Manager role, in an international business on a global level with confirmed results
  • Supervise record of supplying to and implementing coordinated people plans and initiatives to deliver business / function priorities and people strategy
  • Experience of advising and mentor leaders and managers to improve people decisions and practices (across the employee lifecycle and during business transformation) and to handle risk
  • Broad HR expertise and knowledge in resourcing, talent management and development, ER and performance management
  • Skill to analyse people data to provide meaningful insight and recommendations
  • Project planning and leadership skills to plan and deliver outcomes
  • Proven dedication to own professional development to keep up to date with new trends and developments in HR / people and the world of work
