Provide administration support within HR for ongoing companywide projects
Support HRBPs on client matters and corporate programs
Demonstrate knowledge of and become a subject matter expert on Workday, Smart Recruiter and LMS.
Partner effectively with the broader, global HR organization and other key groups such as Legal and Finance.
Liaise with HR Analytics / Operations to support creation and delivery of high value metrics and reporting, to be utilized within and external to assigned client organizations.
Ensure effective partnership with all HR COEs to ensure timely delivery of services / products and to support client initiatives.
Acquire and demonstrate a growing knowledge of the business and broader industry developments.
Demonstrate ability to utilize business software applications and prepare professional documents / reports. Be motivated and comfortable working within a data driven environment.
Effectively utilize data from varying sources to present relevant and accurate information for client and HR organizations.
Ad Hoc tasks as required, such as participation in cultural activities.
Supporting TA Manager;
Assisting hiring managers to open new positions
Offer creation and onboarding (contracts, appropriate local documents, collaboration with payroll)
Maintaining job positions in Smart Recruiters
Supporting L&D Manager :
Administrative & systems support
Assisting with training schedules,
Maintaining the Learning Management System
Updating internal Connect space
Maintain training Finance Tracker Sheet.
School leaving exam, BA degree with coursework in HR related areas preferred
HRIS / analytics, talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations and employee engagement would be nice to have but not essential
Ability to maintain confidentiality, conduct business in an ethical manner, and present a credible image
Ability to remain flexible through on going change, adapting and adjusting as necessary
Ability to build strong relationships both within and outside of the organization
English is the business language used, other languages would be useful but not essential
Experienced with Excel and data analysis
Experienced at using Microsoft office suite particularly PowerPoint
