Your responsibilities

Plan, prepare and implement the master data deliverables (instructions, standards, solutions and services) in line with Group strategy, targets and requirements.

Cooperate with and support the master data domains and local businesses, when they implement domain specific deliverables.

Support country management (act as key master data contact person) and maintain overview of master data status.

Represent Group level in all master data matters towards the country. Represent the country towards Group level.

Organize local master data community, share information about cross-functional topics and changes in common processes and systems.

Act as a project manager in cross-domain master data projects that support Global master data strategy.

Review changes and give input to local systems from master data perspective, align with the Group master data architect.

Local master data tasks and responsibilities that can be included in this job to strengthen the position and to create a stronger connection between local and global master data initiatives.

Having proactive attitude for master data.

Ensure cooperation with relevant Global Business Service (GBS). Contacts must be identified in GBS for Finance, HR and Customer & vendor domains.

Country Master Data manager is still responsible for KPIs in these domains, however close cooperation with GBS is necessary.

Cooperation with AIM program, ensuring that AIM targets are understood.

Your background

Higher / University degree

Fluent in English language (daily communication)

SAP experience on higher level (SAP key user, SAP specialist, etc)

Experience with SAP PP or SAP MM advantage

Willingness to travel (Czech Republic mainly Jablonec, Ostrava, Brno, occasionnaly Europe)
