The Consumer and Device Sales (CDS) organization works with ecosystem partners to build, market and sell a winning portfolio that delights customers and earns fans around the world.
The Office Category Business Manager will be the hub for the region for the Office Consumer & SMB businesses. You assist the community with driving the strategy, investment priorities, goals by account and engagement with sales teams and channel marketing to develop plans that are landed thru the Device sales, Channel Sales and Channel Marketing teams.
Thru the work you assist with developing and executing annual and seasonal marketing plans that will drive Office revenue for the consumer business across multiple channels.
The plans will ensure growth of mutual profitability for partners and Microsoft, while maximizing the Lifetime Value of our consumer base.
They will also support correction of error (COE) planning with sales and marketing teams.
Act as thought partner and advisor to the Office Category Director on product and business strategy and assist with driving sales & product planning activities (including ROB) and deliverables.
Attend meetings on behalf of the Office Category Director and act as his representative when required. Support the Office Category organization where needed.
Act as a partner and advisor to the Office Category Director in our monthly business cycles. Be responsible for the overall consolidation and write up of the business status.
Work close with the EMEA Office Controller on insights and analysis of the business and secure clear communication to team on actions.
Plan and drive the Office Category communication function with regards to employee and customer engagement. Create communications and content including presentations, demos and emails.
Manage organizational SharePoint and Microsoft Teams sites. : Support and participate in strategic initiatives or cross-
group projects contributing to the overall organizational strategy including, but not limited to, organization awards. Create and implement accurate plans and develop success metrics and communication approach for these initiatives and projects.
work closely with Finance, Sales excellence and Category to understand business performance, provide MBU commentaries, analyze KPI using standard reporting and drive discussion around scorecard
The position requires an individual who understands how to get things done in complex matrix orginazations through influence by leveraging your extensive interpersonal and collaboration skills.
You must have experience in strategic planning, execution, building relationships.

5+ years of relevant experience in the areas listed above.
