Role Purpose :
The EU THV division (Transcatheter Heart Valves) of Edwards Lifesciences is committed to delivering high value content through digital channels to patients and healthcare professionals.
In order to support decisions on campaign optimization and new programs, the marketing team is hiring an Analyst, Digital Insights, who will be responsible for digital analytics reporting.
Job Functions :
Design digital marketing reports in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team members and other marketing colleagues.
Reports will include but not limited to : Leadership Team dashboards, Operational Dashboards, Campaign performance reports (Media buys, Marketo), Marketo campaign reports.
Run reports and deliver them on a regular base.
Provide insights based on the reported metrics What do the metrics tell us? What actions should we do based on these metrics?
On a monthly base, provide recommendations and next steps to the team.
Document requirements for Google Analytics and Marketo reporting. Work with vendors in order to ensure proper technical execution is done.
Run regular quality assurance on technical execution in order to ensure high quality of reporting.
Own and maintain reporting calendar. Ensure reporting is shared with internal stakeholders according to this calendar and present on a monthly base to the Digital Marketing team.
Present occasionally to broader marketing stakeholders.
Recommend new reporting angles. Make proposals to improve existing reports and implement changes as agreed with the digital marketing team.
Other incidental duties : support the team with QA on broader digital projects (e.g. website launch), support budget management and reporting (monthly budget tracking)
Required Education / Skills / Experience :
Must have :
Digital Analytics experience 2-4 yrs
First-hand involvement in managing reports for digital marketing programs
Strong analytical skills
Full proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong reporting & presentation skills
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlikview
Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot
Fluent in English
Good to have :
Bachelor in Marketing
Experience in international organizations
Experience dealing with agencies
Experience with online collaboration tools (MS Teams, Smartsheet)
Creative problem solving skills
Good communication skills : ability to explain complex data in a simple manner
