Who You'll Work With
You will join our Prague office as a core member of the Digital Change team, within our internal Technology & Digital (T&D) function.
The Digital Change team works with product / service groups to design and deliver go-to-market strategies, behavior change programs, and communication touch points to help foster awareness and adoption of T&D's digital solutions.
You will be part of a global team that is distributed across Prague and several locations in the US (Waltham, New York, Dallas, San Francisco).
Our diverse team includes marketing, adoption and communication professionals. The Digital Change team is focused on building out our capabilities in an evolving set of tribes and squads that are being stood up as part of T&D's overall agile transformation.
You will be joining a high-performing team of creative colleagues who are focused on our end-users. You will work with a Scrumban Agile approach to sprint against a backlog of product and service team needs.
What You'll Do
You will create content for omni-channel experiences that inspires new ways of working through the adoption of technology.
In this role you will help lead content development and production, coordinating with team members independently and efficiently using agile methodologies.
This will require you to work with stakeholders across the organization for subject matter expertise, technical support and content approvals.
The content you create will use data to inform your decisions and recommendations about how to best engage with targeted audiences.
You will process complex information and communicate it simply. In addition to creating and refining content, you will identify and propose opportunities to experiment with and innovate our communication practices.
You will work with other content focused professionals in the firm to help identify, document and share communication and best practices.
