We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer - Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket specialist. As our new Atlassian administrator, you will be part of a Foundational Platform that enables product teams to deliver value faster to the business.
You will be improving platform services designed to accelerate agile development projects. Being a DevOps engineer is about mindset.

As an Atlassian administrator , you will have the opportunity to :
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise tools from Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket)
Work closely with Agile Coach and Scrum Master competencies
Provide Level 2 & 3 technical support for teams using the platform
Consult, coach, and train key users and business stakeholders on best practices in using the tools
Contribute with your experience in creating processes and documentation for day to day administration activities for the rest of the team and project leads
Support integration with other tools (Jira Align, EasyBI, ServiceNow)
Take part in defining our DevOps tooling strategy
Be an active part of the DevOps community within the company, present and share knowledge
Represent the Foundational Platforms team on projects across the Company
Influence how people are leveraging Atlassian tools in their daily work
React to user requirements by identifying and implementing new features and plugins
Write articles and communication to our user base
Maintain technical documentation up to date
We also expect that you will have :
Bachelor’s Degree or MS in Engineering or equivalent
3+ years of hands-on experience managing and supporting large JIRA / Confluence implementations (or similar applications)
Excellent understanding of Agile delivery principles
Experience with enterprise-scale applications supporting thousands of users
Eloquence and a good understanding of DevOps culture (CAMS)
Understand the value of writing documentation and popularization articles for end-users
Nice to have :
Experience with Jira or Confluence integrations to other enterprise systems (Jira Align, ServiceNow, etc.)
Experience with Jira scripting and Atlassian plugins development
Experience with any of Java, Groovy, React / Vue, Docker, Python
ScrumMaster, Scrum Product Owner or waterfall project management certification
