Thanks to our key launch brand that represents novel therapeutic approach using RNA technology to reduce LDL cholesterol.

We will partner with the Government, Payers, and Scientific Societies to help achieve this goal.

Ready to accept the challenge? We have a new opening for Business Franchise Head Cardiology.

You will lead our key therapeutic area with a portfolio of two major brands, including this key launch. Together with your great cross functional team, you will positively impact patients' lives in the Czech Republic.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Develops Cardio Franchise strategy and portfolio development plan, aligned with the local priorities and Global and Regional requirements
  • Drives responsibility for profitable growth from innovative and established Cardio Franchise products
  • Drives effective use of resources according to commercial priorities of the Cardio Franchise
  • Drives efficiency in marketing and sales through cost containment initiatives
  • Identifies and implements new ways to reduce sales erosion for Cardio products
  • Ensures customer satisfaction
  • Performs effective leadership and management of the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Leads talent development
  • Executes the overall performance management process
  • Minimum requirements

    What you’ll bring to the role :

  • University degree in bioscience, medicine, business, and / or economics, MBA preferred
  • Extensive sales & marketing experience within pharmaceutical industry, including 5 years in management position
  • Proven track-record of P&L responsibility
  • In depth knowledge of customers / marketplace, key dynamics, and current knowledge of key competitors and their strategies
  • Well developed understanding of country regulatory and market environments
  • Well developed planning and resource allocation skills
  • Experience with productivity increase projects in the pharmaceutical business desirable
  • Proven understanding of product launch and product commercialization processes
  • Experience in building relationships with KOLs and payers
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in leading, teaming with, and motivating marketing & sales teams
