The WFM Reporting Analyst , reporting to the Director, Workforce Strategy, is responsible for building, managing, and auditing reports for forecasting, scheduling, and other workforce management data as needed.
A day in the life
Audit agent schedules and make recommendations for optimization in our workforce management toolset
Run reports on actuals and compare to forecasts in our analytics platform
Build reports for forecasting and input data into the capacity plan
Review call patterns and make recommendations for schedule efficiency
Provide support to the Workforce Capacity Planner to leverage data to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
What we are looking for
Solid business acumen; analytical and inquisitive.
Experience with Excel (Qlik and Workday a plus) and data manipulation skills
Demonstrated experience with data analysis.
Team player capable of effective collaboration across highly matrixed organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
