We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1 to 2 years experience in the IT sector.

HeadChannel Consulting is part of the UK-based Cohaesus Group ( https : / / cohaesus.co.uk / ) which has expanded rapidly in the last 2 years and owns several companies across the world.

Our main technology is .NET and all our projects are built to meet very specific bespoke requirements. There is great variety, spanning many different sectors from manufacturing and construction to healthcare and education.

Our clients include the UK’s National Health Service and Mitsubishi Corporation and one of our systems will soon be deployed in Saudi Arabia.

We have two offices : London and Katowice

Your responsibilities

You will prepare project specifications according to our standards

You will translate business needs to the language that is clearly understood by our technical team

You will create documentation, wireframes and visualisations of processes, helping to collate and systemise all project related information

Our requirements

Good English (min level B2)

Knowledge of the IT industry

Good communicator, proactive, analytical thinking

Preferred degree : computer science, economics, maths, physics or similar

1 to 2 years knowledge of business analysis

Knowledge of MS Office

Experience of wireframing tools - UXPin, Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq etc.

Projects

You will be involved in various projects, initially providing support on projects in HealthCare and Manufacturing, with a view to taking over full responsibility for requirements gathering while in the meantime learning from our experienced team.
