What are the responsibilities of this position :
Methodically lead the OSH and PB management systems with company-wide scope
Perform control activities in individual areas of SHE in the company and at external companies and suppliers on the company premises
To save, register and evaluate the states of extraordinary events / states deviating from normal conditions, propose corrective measures to eliminate deficiencies and preventive measures to eliminate / limit their recurrence
Cooperate in the design and solution of projects, assessment of technical documentation and work instructions of departments in connection with OSH, Envrionment and PZH
Participate in basic security procedures - especially PTW, MOC and risk analyses
What is required :
At least a university education in a technical field - field of process engineering, process safety, chemical
Knowledge of Process Safety issues or similar is a big advantage
Knowledge of HAZOP, PHA or other types of risk analysis is an advantage
Knowledge of root cause determination is an advantage FishBone diagram, 8D Report, General failure types, etc.
Communicative knowledge of English, Czech or Slovak language on fluent level is a must
Computer skills : MS Office
Organizational, communication and presentation skills
Flexibility and willingness to travel
Purposefulness and willingness to learn new things
