Working as a Key Account Manager in Consumer segment at Signify is dynamic. If you are driven by sales results, have entrepreneurial spirit and are not afraid of challenges - please do not hesitate to apply!

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager Consumer who’ll be responsible for building and fostering relationships with major B2C key accounts (retail distribution) in order to maximize sales and profitability with these accounts.

You’ll be part of the Signify consumer sales department in CEE region and its responsibilities are to understand the next generation users wishes and translating them into impactful solutions that keep us ahead of the market.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll develop, maintain and improve relations with large B2C key accounts by maximizing sales opportunities through innovative lighting solutions
  • You’ll demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers and identify commercial opportunities
  • You’ll drive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding the customers challenges and taking on a solution-based approach
  • You’ll create tailored smart lighting solutions that promote energy efficiency, safety and sustainability
  • You’ll ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • What you’ll need

  • You have Master’s and / or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Technology or related discipline
  • You have gained 3+ years of experience in a key account management role selling products / solutions in the B2C industry
  • You have gained 3+ years proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets as well as understanding complex sales cycles at strategic level
  • You demonstrated very good technical understanding of connected systems and a result-driven and proactive approach
  • You demonstrate fluent Czech and English language skills (verbal and written) - as a must
