Position Overview MSD Business Service Centers (BSC), located across three regions (Americas, Europe and Asia), are responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of standardized, global financial processes.

The BSC - EMEA in Prague, Czech Republic will be responsible for the execution and delivery of a broad range of financial services and processes across MSD business divisions and markets for the EMEA region.

The OtC Billing Analyst is responsible for all activities related to OTC area of billing. This position must provide the proper follow up and analysis for markets assigned, ensuring all transactional activity is properly recorded and compliant with country statutory and tax requirements.

This position also ensures that interaction with all major stakeholders is maintained. Who are we looking for? Position Responsibilities Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following :

  • Billing activities for assigned portfolio in EMEA
  • Maintain a close relationship with major market stakeholders to ensure complying with all activities including in the Billing Process
  • Deliver the key KPI targets
  • Ensure compliance with internal control OTC procedures.
  • Partner with process owners to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Execute month end activities as expected according to timelines agreed.
  • Maintain Process Documentation (SOP & WI).
  • Education & Experience

  • Fluency in Business-level English language skills (speaking and writing) required
  • Experience in Billing required, knowledge of related OTC activities such as Order Management and Collection welcome
  • Knowledge of business processes supported by transaction processing capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Solid communication, interpersonal and organization skills required
  • Technical Skills Requirements

  • SAP system experience required
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Controllership / Internal controls knowledge SOX based
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills required
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills required
  • Demonstrated commitment to education and professional development
  • Ability to operate independently and remain focused through change or uncertainty
