For our client, a global company focused on logistics industry, we are looking for suitable candidate to become their Transportation Coordinator.

The role is newly opened, within the newly opened team and for new customer. The team consist of 6-8 members.

Main Responsibilities :

Responsible to organize own daily operational activities in the team

Be in charge of the chain of transport, ensuring that delivery is secured from origin to final destination

Coordination with colleagues in foreign destinations to ensure timely follow up

Solving of unusual situtations, reporting of deviations

Support in destination : handling and coordination customs processes, and last mile delivery

Requirements :

To be successful, you must be able to multitask. A good transportation coordinator is in constant communication with various role players in the shipping / transporation process.

Previous experience in similar role in the area of logistics / transporation / shipping

Great communication skills, proactivity

English and Czech / Slovak language skills
