You will be joining a dynamic team within the Sales and Digital Delivery organization, whose focus is defining and delivering efficient conversions in every market we sell our products.
Your role will be integral to this mission.
Drive and significantly grow conversion rate of the Avast checkout process (both web and in-app)
Build reporting or dashboards to supervise key metrics across assigned projects and across platforms; Derive and communicate insights from reporting and dashboards
Prepare optimizations and / or A / B tests in order to improve Conversion and User Experience; demonstrate a chance to make your ideas live
Optimize whole customer experience during the checkout process with a focus on offline payment methods completion rates and optimization
Work cross-functionally and provide feedback to other departments (especially to Sales and Operations) to ensure high user engagement
Track performance on a daily basis. Minimum metrics include conversion rate and sales via e-commerce systems
1+ years’ experience in e-commerce (online marketing)
Ability to generate new insights on how to improve our conversion rate. Knowledge of the typical tools used in online / e-commerce is encouraged, but fresh ideas will win the day!
Self-motivator with a strong drive for success. A passive approach will not work.
Strong analytical attitude and hardworking about data. Comfortable with typical business metrics such as close rate, CTR, AOV, etc.
Strong data analytics and data tools skillset (Excel or Google Sheets at a minimum; experience with Google Analytics or MS PowerBI highly desired)
Experience with your own e-commerce project (website, e-shop, startup) is a big plus
