What you’ll be doing...
Verizon’s customers rely on our network to run their operations globally and 24 / 7. You will be part of a repair organization that assures any instability or outage will be taken care of rapidly and effectively.
Your focus will be on the most challenging of the cases which cause the most grievance to our customers and it will be your task to manage their resolution as fast as it takes.
Verizon highest managers will expect your updates on the progress on hourly basis and your carrier will spin up when you deliver the promise.

paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities with ease. Working independently is as comfortable for you as being part of a team and you enjoy motivating others to achieve great results.
