The Role :

Reporting to the Country Manager CZ-SK, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship with Logitech customers.

Among all the other tasks, the selected candidate will be responsible for :

  • Be accountable for the performance of the Key Accounts, achieving assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel (on all levels) in assigned customer accounts.
  • Lead a joint company-strategic sell out based account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Develop the business by identifying cross & up-selling opportunity within key channels & customer portfolios
  • Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key-Initiatives
  • Coordinate and execute Local / Pan, country campaigns with your selected accounts
  • Set up a quarterly sales out activity plan as well as an execution plan
  • Monitor and manage execution of the activities by measuring and reporting on activities and campaign results
  • Set up an efficient weekly forecast process that includes sales out and stock figures and helps to improve our business planning
  • Define, manage and control budget per Partner / Account
  • Control the relevant ROI (return on investment) and success parameters
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

    For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team :

  • Relevant sales experience with a preferred focus on selling direct to major e- Commerce partners and / or managing marketplace channel - Retail channel experience will also be an asset.
  • Passion for e-Commerce across digital channels, traditional online retailers and social commerce
  • Strong collaboration skills and able to work in a dynamic, exciting environment
  • Analytic, structured, highly driven and solution oriented person
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Ability to build strategic relationships
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge on trade marketing tools
  • Excellent negotiation skills
