The Information Technology team at our Company's Animal Health division is looking for IT Product Owner - Sales & Service.

The ideal candidate will have hands on experience implementing Salesforce technology using Sales Cloud and or Service Cloud.

Experience with Guided Selling Process and Field Services are a plus. You will work with stakeholders and help envision the solution that will best serve the markets while ensuring a scalable and sustainable environment.

You will collaborate with other domain experts whilst retaining the accountability for the solution.

Responsibilities :

Understand Business and Technology needs.

Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources as well as to collaborate with cross-function project teams to provision estimates, develop overall implementation solution plan.

Work with suppliers and business partners to understand the technical merits and short and long-term strategic fit of potential products and services aligned with the technical strategy.

Oversee aspects of project life cycle from initial kick-off through requirements analysis, design and implementation phases for projects.

Have a team player mindset and aptitude to solve problems.

Education Requirements : Associates degree with related worked experience.

Qualifications :

2 + years of working experience with developing and deploying Salesforce solutions.

4 + years of overall IT experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Preferred :

Experience in a few of the following areas of Salesforce(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) , Zuora

A deep, broad technical background in IT architecture.
