The digital marketing assistant will be joining ProtonMail's marketing team and working from our offices in Macedonia or the Czech Republic.
You will be joining a growing and highly diverse team creating tech products used by millions of people around the world.
What you will be doing :
Monitor mentions of ProtonMail across the Internet, from news articles to message boards to social media. Help prepare responses when appropriate.
Provide customer support on social media.
Work with the customer support team to write and edit technical support articles.
Develop and maintain key marketing metrics in order to test what works and what doesn’t.
Support innovative digital marketing initiatives to drive the growth of the company's B2C business.
Work on acquisition initiatives that can span all sectors of marketing, including social media, blogging, partnerships, etc.
We encourage people to think outside the box.
Some writing, such as blog and social media posts, may be required.
Relevant experience in digital marketing (preferably in the technology sector).
Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, writing, or English.
Experience managing successful social media accounts, and a solid understanding of social marketing will be considered as an asset.
Ability to work under constant deadline pressure and balance multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus.
Fluency in English.
Ability to speak and understand French or German will be considered a plus.
