Position characteristics

To drive IoT business (revenues and margins) with Enterprise customers in Czech Republic

To analyse, develop and address IoT solutions with adequate business models (e.g. reselling) into the above market

To drive forward growth aspiration to further extend Vodafone’s IoT market position

What will you do her e?

  • Lead sales initiatives and projects in sales region
  • Identify and acquire IoT enterprise and partner customers in the sales region by selling IoT connectivity, managed IoT connectivity and new IoT solutions (Connected Products and local IoT solutions) and increase IoT revenues significantly)
  • Lead acquisition of new customers and upsell of existing customers with IoT product portfolio
  • Deliver IoT revenue and TCV targets for direct and indirect IoT business
  • Develop and Maintain Pipeline of potential customers and initiatives local SRM and VGE SFDC
  • Establish, maintain and develop sales (lead generation) through Corporate, Public and VGE sales channels
  • Established, develop and maintain go to market strategy of IoT sales area
  • Create and implement strategy with close cooperation with IoT Technical Sales, IoT Country Sales Lead, VGE IoT team
  • Define and implement strategy that will assure sustainability of current revenue and further develop potential on the market
  • Prepare training for local SME, Corporate and public account managers in order to generate and lead new business opportunity
  • Align with Head of Sales and Global Business Development Managers to ensure that regional and global strategy are in line and to ensure that revenue and margin targets will be achieved
  • What knowledge and skills do we expect?

  • Type of school : University degree is appropriate, High school is manadatory
  • Language knowledge : Fluent Czech is a must, Advance in English
  • Total years of experience : 5+
  • Experience in relevant position : Extensive history of successful sales in the IoT business, Extensive history of successful Business-
  • to-Business Sales in large, complex sales environment e.g. IoT / B2B telecoms / IT environment (>

    3 years), Proven successful commercial and selling skills, Deep knowledge of IoT market and Partner program of competition

  • Good understanding of Telco industry
  • Experience in Sales organization
  • Deep knowledge of IoT market and its players in Czech Republic
  • Needs to translate Customer First principle and sell along the Vodafone Way of Selling principles
