Our global team operates from India and Czech Republic delivery centers supporting our client with variety of HR processes for multiple countries.

This is what you will do :
Perform onboarding activities
Sourcing for candidates - find and engage prospective candidates for identified Critical Profiles
Establish and manage talent communities
Perform standard screen phone calls
Conduct preliminary assessment after screen, but prior to Hiring Manager interview
Coordinate hiring manager assessment
Conduct hiring manager assessment
Qualifications
This is what you already have :
You would like to start your career in recruitment,
Or you already have experience in HR or recruitment and and you have desire to develop further in recruitment (will be considered an advantage)
You have good communication skills
You have advanced MS office tools knowledge
You enjoy getting to the core of issues and you do not leave any detail out
You like to give customers the best experience possible
You enjoy doing a variety of tasks while adhering to agreed ways of working
You could work independently and have good organizational skills
