Your key responsibilities :
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Identify technology trends that could potentially impact the type, level or utilization of services provided
Establish and articulate business requirements for new services or changes to existing services;
Collaborate with the rest of IT to ensure quality services are seamlessly delivered to partners as per agreed own and other IT Units service descriptions
Supply to the business with innovative solutions that show significant results in the form of savings, advances or driven advantages
Support governance of DR Orchestration documents. Understand technical requirements and steps to recover applications to DR site and translate words into workflows / code
Work with the internal / external resources for the planning and execution of DR tests (including on weekends). Support application onboarding into orchestration service or maintaining scripts / workflows for the on boarded applications
Manage DR Orchestration service requests within the service management tool and ddentify potential improvement areas to enhance service efficiency
Understands the service and represent it across the organization, accepts complaints and manages their recording, escalation (if necessary) and resolution
Actively participates to team meetings and not afraid to speak up to point the area which needs improvement; continually improve and streamline existing processes
What you’ll bring to the role :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education / experience; excellent English
At least 7+ years IT experience, understanding of overall IT components compute, storage, network, backup & recovery, database
Working knowledge of various DR technologies and solutions; experience of using automation / orchestration technologies and techniques
Have a strong command in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint and MS Outlook; good communication skills; ready to expand own knowledge, open minded with an international outlook
Desirable requirements :
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a complex matrix organization; well-organized, excellent time management
Ability to lead without authority and collaborate across teams; proven ability to deal with uncertainty, adjusting course as the circumstances change
