We are currently looking for a motivated Senior HR Generalist for a challenging role with an unlimited contract. This position can be either a full-time or part-time opportunity for the right candidate.

This is an opportunity to work hands-on with over 500 employees and 180 managers in a team of HRGs to offer a broad range of HR support to achieve Honeywell’s business objectives.

This includes but is not limited to talent acquisition, organizational efficiency, and employee engagement.

Senior HR Generalist Responsibilities

  • Participate in the hiring process, coach and train leaders on hiring methods and practices, and associated responsibilities
  • Effectively resolve disciplinary issues according to the local regulations
  • Act as coach, trainer and mentor for Leaders - while using Honeywell tools, processes, and policies
  • Advise on business structures and help to enable structural changes
  • Cooperate with C&B, know local market practice and Honeywell policy - advise managers in C&B area (promotions, hiring, reward, recognition, etc.)
  • Be able to lead HR projects at a national and local level
  • Resolve employee relations issues effectively
  • Implement global, national and local processes and policies
  • Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in senior HR, customer experience or similar roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to take the initiative and to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent command of English
