SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS
You will join a team of smart, friendly and supportive Technical Sourcers and Technical Recruiters
You will work closely with our Technical Sourcers supporting them with talent search, talent mapping and outreach activities
You will be trained on the job and you will have access to great tools and to some of the best learning resources
You will partner with our Technical Sourcers to develop creative new ways of finding and approaching talent
You will learn to work with market insights and apply them to effective searching methodologies

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS
You are a recent graduate of Bachelor or MA
You have solid research skills : you ask good questions, you go beyond the surface, you are patient and tenacious
You love exploring, working and mastering new tools
Your trademarks are can do attitude, zest for learning new things, curiosity and persistence
You are also meticulous, organized and with a good eye for detail
You work well with Google apps
