Key responsibilities :
Materials management : focus on time delivery of goods and completeness of goods
Understanding of forecasting process, providing forecasts to suppliers
Communication with suppliers
Understanding of Materials requirement planning
Enter and maintain logistics data and structures in the ERP, CRM and other operation systems
KPI evaluation and corrective measures proposals
Observance of occupational safety and fire protection rules, compliance with hygiene standards
Adherence to IMS documents, EMS and other supporting documentation
The employee will perform other tasks according to the instructions of his / her superior.
Experienced in supply chain
Self-motivated, objectives driven personality with strong customer orientation.
Drive for improvement in processes and efficiency.
Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to operate in corporate company with matrix-organizational setup.
