About the job

Kearney’s Digital Marketing team is looking for a Digital Marketing & Paid Media Sr. Coordinator. As part of the team, your role will be integral in continuing to expand Kearney’s internal digital marketing offerings.

This will be accomplished through growing our capabilities, our internal stakeholder connections, and enhancing our traditional marketing model into a more digitally enabled, client focused operation.

This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.

To be successful in this role you must have the ability to identify opportunities to improve digital touchpoints and turn data into actionable recommendations to achieve business goals.

You must have good working knowledge of advertising channels including but not limited to Programmatic Display, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.

You must possess excellent creative writing skills to produce ad copies and support content creation. Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues is required.

This position will be based in Chicago or Prague.


  • Build and manage Google paid search campaigns under the direction and guidance of Digital Marketing Manager. This includes but is not limited to developing targeting and bidding strategies, writing ad copies, making optimizations to campaigns to improve performance, as well as conducting research and analyzing data to uncover new opportunities.
  • Build and manage paid social media under the direction and guidance of Digital Marketing Manager. This includes but is not limited to pulling relevant content, writing ad copies, managing creation of web and design assets, and making optimizations to improve performance.
  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager with programmatic display campaigns. This includes but is not limited to developing targeting, managing creation of web and design assets, analyzing data to uncover opportunities.
  • Lead production of regular campaign reporting, along with recommendations for improvements and performance goals.
  • Act as point of expertise in all things paid digital and lead strategic conversations on campaigns.
  • Assist with search engine optimization efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, keyword research, on page optimizations, and other on-going SEO efforts as identified by the Digital Marketing team.
  • Ongoing support of Digital Marketing team with activities such as analyzing Google Analytics data, creating organic social media hooks and writing posts, as well as conducting research on various digital marketing topics (e.
  • g. cookie policies, account-based marketing, marketing tools or software).


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
  • 2 to 5 years of digital marketing experience in a professional services organization
  • Hands-on experience executing paid digital campaigns
  • Preferred experience with a marketing automation tool
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to work independently and organize workload efficiently
  • Strong analytical and implementation skills, ability to synthesize and provide recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, including excellent ad copy writing and ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Eagerness to learn and can-do attitude, willing to take on new projects and expand digital marketing capabilities
