As Brand Manager for Craft & Premium portfolio, you will be responsible for accelerating the growth of craft and premium category.
Across two countries Czech & Slovakia, you will have an opportunity to build a portfolio of brands that significantly drive profitability.
BRAND PLANNING : Provide relevant input into portfolio brand plans base on local knowledge, brand strategy and plans, budget split and KPIs recommendation.
EXECUTION : Responsible for development / adoption / adaptation of approved growth drivers for all responsible brands.CROSSFUNCTIONAL TEAM : Orchestrate plans execution within crossfunctional team and across both countries.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT : Responsible for activities investment proposal and approval with SBM, rigorous budget management according to agreed plan.
PERFORMANCE : Responsible for accurate reporting on brands, KPIs tracking, effectiveness in investment spend and regular brands performance reporting.
AGENCIES : Orchestrate daily work with agency partners, ensuring all strategic and creative ideas approval by SBM.MEETINGS : Representative on regular commercial teams including sales conferences and briefings as per commercial calendar plan.
