Responsibilities :

  • Primary communication & support of local Czech customer but always International company customers
  • Managing incoming customer request different way
  • Prove & validation demand of support and process the request in internal tools
  • Used best knowledge for customer communication about issue basis & collect primary info about the issue >
  • possibility within the career growth start to solve simple technical issue if interested

  • Coordination request flow and monitor the E2E delivery if needed
  • Parallel utilization by some ordinary reports preparation & its definition if some new needed
  • Possible some creative project managing with influence
  • Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Czech speaking & written native
  • English speaking & written on good level
  • At least secondary school education passed successfully
  • General PC experience expected
  • User level experience of MS office application
  • At least general knowledge & overview of any IT technology welcome
  • Any experience with any IT technology is advantage
  • Flexibility - some hours per month in 24x7 mode shared cross team
  • Team player
  • Assertive & patient approach in customer communication
  • Willingness to learn both soft-skills and technical >
  • access to a lot of different internal trainings & materials about anything
