We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to help us protect IoT devices in homes around the world.
Focus of the team will be to analyze the security of devices within a home, by looking at network traffic inside and outside the home.
The solutions will be deployed in production servers across many countries and continents, thus an exciting challenge is to handle the diversity of networks, homes and devices.
Networking expertise will be essential in this role - both IP and WiFi networking, as well as cellular (4G / 5G) networks.
Build team from internal transfers, augmented by external hires as needed
Work with network architects to define and specify detailed tasks for team
Manage interoperability requirements with open-source or reference 5G architectures made available by Telcos (like AT&T) or large OEMs (like Ericsson)
Manage and complete team deliverables in a timely fashion
Applying network security techniques to home IoT traffic
Interoperability with telco networking stacks like SEBA
Experience in managing engineering teams of 5+ people for 4+ years
Ability to present the team’s work internally and externally (demos to telcos will be an essential part)
Experience in networking. Familiarity with cellular networks (4G / 5G) is a plus
Programming in C / C++. Skill in Linux and / or embedded languages is a plus
Network programming (TCP / IP stack)
Knowledge of virtualization techniques like docker, kubernetes
Educational Requirements :
B.S. in EE / CS / Engineering / Science, plus relevant networking experience
