Supporting marketing strategy through development and use of on-line tools and methodologies
Supporting the dealer network in strengthening their digital capabilities and promotion of products on-line

This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager. There is close liaison with other members of the Marketing, Sales & Dealer Development teams as well as with our dealerships in the Czech Republic and the Marketing team within KME (Kia Management Europe).
The following is a non exhaustive list of responsibilities for the role :
Dealer Marketing :
Approval of marketing plans and supervision of dealer activities close cooperation with Dealer development team
Execution and implementation of the Dealer portion of nationwide marketing campaigns
KIA TV content
Company web sites KMCz :
Development, content, administration and implementation of new campaigns
Administration of Kia.cz, m.kia.cz, intranet, dealer webs, through web portals / mobile applications
Measuring performance metrics / optimalisation
Digital communication :
Strategy and management of SNS, preparation of newsletters, direct mail campaigns, PPC campaigns, ATL campaigns
cooperation in the planning of digital media)
Measuring performance metrics / optimalisation, full responsibility of fulfilling KPI’s
Daily basis web site attendance / hits, SNS
Monthly basis general overview and performance of specific campaigns, plans for improvement
Evaluation of KPI’s
Person Specification :
Experience in online marketing, at least 2 years
Experience with Google Analytics
Very good presentation skills.
Negotiation and trouble shooting skills.
Fluent Czech language
Good English communication skills.
Degree of business administration preferable.
Good computer skills (MS-Office, specially Excel, SAP preferable)
Minimum two year’s work experience essential
Interest in marketing as a business function
