Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a confident and creative Sales Manager with the ambition to build and manage their own team. Your first major goal would be to focus on the outbound activities by reconnecting with previous clients and onboarding new ones.
Your long term goal would be to build the Sales Team, choose and implement tools within the budget and find best ways to solve clients communication needs.
You will be using the digital world and social selling to promote our products. You will have the opportunity to develop our newest products such as omnichannel communication tools and chatbots.
Review of the customer base, understanding our customers needs
Identify new segments, revisit existing ones
Prepare offers tailored for segments
Cold calling, cold emailing
Manage hot leads
Design and later manage sales process
Work closely with account managers to ensure customers’ success
Over time, create Sales Team and manage it
Arrange and conduct business meetings

Ability to grow in Sales or both in Sales and Marketing if that interests you
Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales
Readiness to work with digital technologies
Czech or Slovak (fluent)
English (working proficiency, confident speaker, ability to conduct business meetings)
Ability to speak corporate language and establish relations with both mid range and corporate clients
Focus on results, commitment and independence in action
High interpersonal and negotiation skills
Nice to have
Experience in the new technologies / mobile technologies market
Polish (limited working proficiency)
Base salary of 1600 EUR + up to 3200 EUR bonus based on results
