The content of this position is to support in the planning and execution of Coca-Cola HBC Česko a Slovensko, s.r.o. RGM strategies within the Commercial Team and is an excellent stepping stone for career development across the Commercial and Marketing functionsYOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assisting with the development, execution and governance of our pricing and promotional strategy; including promotional frequency & ongoing monitoring of competitive set in the market.
  • Support in driving all RGM strategies across the entire commercial team focusing on step changing our team's capability in understanding, planning, selling and executing CZ.SK RGM Strategies.
  • The role will support in the development of the 3 year business plan through the development of the OBPPC plan, scenario planning around discounts and promotions and overall promotional strategy.
  • Finally, the role will be a key component of our Promotional Post Evaluation process to ensure that the headline RGM plans are being cascaded down to everyday actions and that learnings are being recycled.IS THIS YOUR PROFILE?
  • An education of an economic nature, financial fields are a great advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and SAP Systems
  • Speak English at an advanced level - you will use both spoken and written on a daily basis in communication across the company
