We have an opportunity for a HR Services Administrator to join our Honeywell Corporate team in Prague .The HRS Administrator will work with internal & external customers, business leaders and will be responsible of the timely delivery of the high-quality customer service.

This position focus is on Germany sites and you will closely co-operate with the local HR team and all related departments.

HR Services Administrator responsibilities

  • Initiate improvement ideas and action it
  • Administration of the whole process of employment : from the point of on-boarding employees to their exit
  • HRS providers invoice check and necessary administration (e.g. approval)
  • Support HRS related audit
  • Coordinate and provide data and info to payroll for monthly closing
  • Qualifications

  • High school degree, additional education is a plus
  • Fluent in English and German language
  • Good PC skills (Word, Excel)
