Fabory is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager for our department of Sales.

Responsibilities : :

Inthis position of customer Support representative, you will process the orders of our customers received by phone or email.

It is not an active sale of company products by phone.

You will be working as a support of our sales team, verifying products availability, solving complaints and developing good relationship with your internal and external customers.

Direct contact with our clients

Providing information about prices and availability of our products

Recommending additional services to satisfy the needs of our customers

Processing the complaints of our customers

Supporting our sales representatives regarding the orders and payments

Role Requirements : Requirements :

Requirements : High school graduation

High school graduation

Good level of PC skills (MS Office)

Positive and responsible attitude to work

Good level of English can be an advantage

Excellent communication skills
