The Sales Manager (SM) is responsible for driving Elekta business in Czech and Slovak. The scope of responsibilities includes : driving business performance, executing pricing strategy, preparing quotations and sales contracts, delivering agreed country activity plans.
These activities will be developed and executed with close collaboration with CE management team incl. Finance, Service and Order Fulfilment.
SM will be assessing and monitoring market potential for Radiation Therapy, Neurosurgery and Oncology Software in the territory.
SM will provide key feedback regarding customer satisfaction, product quality, promotional needs and will drive implementation of global marketing campaigns.
SM is responsible for annual and quarter preparation of order bookings forecast. SM will drive business lead identifications, will support opportunities development, deal closing and successful project implementation.
This activities will be documented and monitored through Elekta CLM system (SalesForce.com). SDM will ensure that key business processes are introduced and executed (quality, financial controls, compliance)
Deliver bookings, revenue, margins, cash targets in a given territory (sales and service)
Achieve customer satisfaction objectives measured by NPS score
Prepare and execute territory strategic plans with their execution reflected in CLM sales funnel
Ensure that the customer database information is correct and updated in a timely fashion
Lead and inspire a high performing team together with Service, OF and Sales Support.
Act as a role model in all areas of business compliance
Review Key Performance Indicators and drive the necessary improvements into the territory
Propose and execute pricing strategy in order to secure Elekta margin across sales and service
Foster a team environment between Sales, Service, OF, QA / RA and Legal to achieve One Elekta approach
Support forecasting and budgeting process

Ability to effectively interact directly with customers across all disciplines
Entrepreneurial and sales oriented personality
Background in business, economic, engineering or natural science
Proven sales experience in medical device business
Strong knowledge of Elekta product portfolio
Demonstrated strong business acumen
Effective interpersonal skills combined with multi-cultural sensitivity
Excellent written and spoken English is required
Several years of experience of International business (desired)
Effective negotiating skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong in building and maintaining customer focus and customer relationships
Self-starter with strong ability to plan, organize and execute
Results oriented, operative with excellent analytical skills
Personality based on strong ethical standard, values and good judgement
Persistent, enduring and prepared to make strong personal commitments
Additional local information
Preferable permanent location base in Czech (including fluency in Czech language)
Prepared to travel 80% according to the territory business needs
