We are looking for a SaaS Infrastructure Support Analyst
You work directly with customers and collaborate with other teams : Support, Engineering, Professional Services and Sales team to resolve customer issues.
You are responsible for resolving customer reported incidents and questions in a timely manner.
You analyze software related issues and propose solutions.
You investigate and document the root cause of issues.
You manage issue lifecycle in our ticketing system.
You perform IAM software product upgrades and deployments.
You assist customers in configuring and maintaining the Bravura Security Fabric suite
Fluent in English in both writing and speaking (C1 minimum)
Minimum 2 years enterprise software support work experience
Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or other relevant field experience
Proven experience resolving a high volume of tickets
Intermediate to advanced experience reading and editing Python scripts.
Industry experience operating the following systems : Windows servers, Active Directory and / or LDAP -MSSQL, Oracle or MySQL (including writing SQL queries), IIS or Apache (including writing in HTML / CSS), Virtual Machines -Unix / Linux systems, Networks (IP routing, firewalls)
Experience with data / log analysis utilities
