In this position you will be responsible for direct sales mainly for mechanical seals for selected accounts in Eastern Europe, South of Germany and Austria through OEM factories with approximately 50% of travel.
You will be working on the list of accounts, together with 12 colleagues with whom you get the job done on a daily basis and you will be working remotely.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Knowledge of conducting business with OEM’s sales and capital projects
Marketing expertise including the ability to develop territory marketing plans and strategic objectives to exceed team goals / objectives
Effectively organize and ensure regular communication & visits are met with key customers in designated territory
Work with Marketing to help establish Flowserve Seals as a leader in pumps, mixers and other specialty rotating equipment through promotion, advertising, technical articles and regional trade shows
Provide quality and timely monthly reports as requested
Gather market price and competitor positioning data and input to the strategic planning process
Preferred Experience / Skills
BSME (Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent technical degree, background in sales and marketing or commensurate industry experience with a proven track record of success
Preferably, knowledge of mechanical seals, rotating equipment and application processes in key industrial markets
Excellent organizational skills required to manage multiple tasks
Experienced with Microsoft Office
Fluent English and German
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and to develop new OEM customers
Achieve both Personal and contribute to achieve Team booking plans for mechanical seals and auxiliary systems for pumps, mixers and specialty rotating equipment
Live in the Czech Republic (ideally Plzen area)
