The Quadient International Talent Acquisition Team is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner, to support our Software research & Development Centre in the Czech Republic.
As a critical member of our Talent Acquisition Team you be a Brand Ambassador who is passionate about delivering an exemplary experience for both candidates and managers.
You will support both candidates and managers through our selection process, providing advice and guidance throughout. You will be empowered to make decisions and you will be fully supported by a team of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources experts across the globe.
Minimum qualifications for this role :
A minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in either agency or corporate environment
Excellent communication with proficiency in Czech and English both spoken and written.
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
Able to manage time and tasks effectively when working autonomously with minimal support
Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-oriented environment and resilient problem solver
You will partner with hiring leaders of assigned functional areas to understand both current and future recruiting needs, business objectives, and you'll lead and manage the end to end recruitment process (i.
e. requisition creation, job posting, sourcing, screening, compliance, offers, and on-boarding)
As the subject matter expert, you will proactively work with HR and hiring leaders to determine recruiting strategies, source and screen qualified internal / external candidates, define the selection, participate in package negotiations and onboarding of new employees.
Continually work on ways to optimise the recruiting process and candidate experience.
Own actively sourcing diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal job postings, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, and employee referrals
Facilitate an impressive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process in close collaboration with hiring manager - communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness
Prepare / contribute to search status reports and lead / participate in client update meetings on active searches
