Main purpose of the job :
Driving the development and execution of local activation plans with A&P, based on local insight collection, analysis, knowledge
Ensures smooth activation of propositions into the market
Analysis the market and prepares proposals for corrective actions if necessary
Main tasks in the job :
Manages top and bottom line for the category
Runs the annual business planning cycle of the CO for the BG / category
Cooperates on business planning and review cycle (AOP / RoFo, etc.)
Cooperates on creating and executing CO marketing plans (in line with BG and CEE marketing strategy, covering relevant categories, incl. A&P).
Support local Demand Plan (RoFo and SIOP) for category
Owns the local market introduction process per proposition
Develop market knowledge and consumer insights
