Service Excellence Manager, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic

Person on this position will be responsible for providing operational management for respective function, team or NGSC and support the function leads as well as the managers on the operational topics day to day.

Support and plan key initiatives for the function, team or NGSC.

Your Responsibilities :

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Responsible for operational management for assigned function, team or NGSC and drive service excellence, continuous improvement within the framework defined by IT Operations
  • Support the group's managers and experts to focus on the overall priorities for the business, to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Support definition of the NBS IT strategy for the relevant scope and be accountable for ensuring the strategy is tracked, benchmarked and updated for the area owned
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase service levels and mitigate any issues in service delivery within the function or across functions as well as prepare function / team / NGSC meetings and coordinate initiatives and events
  • Coordinate and monitor IT process implementation within the function, team or NGSC and take accountability for the groups internal communications and related change management
  • You’ll receive :

    Minimum requirements

    What you’ll bring to the role :

  • Bachelors and / or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
  • At least 15 years of industry relevant experience within IT field
  • Strong stakeholder’s management skills
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to think on the spot
  • Agile mindset, flexibility and ability to adjust to fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
