  • Coordination of launching of new programs or transfers according to PMS (Program management system) milestones and rules.
  • Central link between Mladá Boleslav and project teams sitting at headquarters / other site

  • Defining and coordination of a plant launch team for every project (1 contact by each logistic, quality, ME, production, maintenance and human resources dpt.
  • A weekly meeting has to be organised to review project status with the plant team

  • Creation of action plan (Pro-act list, Launching overview, specific project timing for the plant) for launching activity under responsibility of PPTL
  • Support of industrialisation work (contributor) and collect informations from plant’s side necessary for industrialisation like product / process feasibilities (FMEAs), machines capacity, necessary investment, delays...etc.
  • Integrating of PSE, HSE and QSE basics in project
  • Following (plant launching overview + pro-act listr + ), according to project timing and with support of plant launch team, delivery of purchased parts, toolings and equipment required
  • Coordination of process se up with ME and set up of supply chain with logistic dpt.
  • Ensuring (quality and timing) delivery of initial samples and pre-serie parts
  • Supporting of production at SOP and contribute to process / product optimization
  • Follow-up performance of the new projects (PLR) and to support / organize the improvements in order to ensure that the performance of the new project meets the program targets

  • Graduate School / University
  • 2-5 years experience in automotive industry
  • Product / Process FMEA
