Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need :

Wide orientation in IT support problematics (IAM, Hardware, OS, Networking)

To be detail-oriented, have a willingness to learn, analytical thinking, and like to work in teamwork

Being familiar with agile methods and terminology, and / or general software dev environments is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication in English, other languages are a plus

Experience in consulting or with an agency is a plus

Experience with remote support is a plus
