Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Gather, process and analyze data from various sources, identify and propose potential improvement or mitigations
  • Support finance team in daily operations with preparing / developing of financial reports and forecasts as well as technical and other support to financial consolidations including finding cost saving potentials
  • Perform quarterly analysis per project to ensure correctness and reliability of data as well as that proper accounting procedures have been followed
  • Participate in the annual project budgeting process (as well as the quarterly forecast updates), including data coordination, assembly and analysis and compare the project related budgeted data with actuals
  • Cooperate closely with service delivery managers, interpret and present service-related controlling reports
  • Maintain and develop various financial models and standardized templates to support planning process
  • Prepare and develop ad hoc financial and business-related analyses and research
  • Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested
  • Continuously improve reports, recurring and ad-hoc, dashboards, and analytics, automation of financial and reporting processes.
  • Evolve reporting capabilities through continuous initiative and improvement of reporting efficiency. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand data needs, document requirements, and establish timelines for delivery

  • Mine, analyze, synthesize, and interpret data from multiple data sources to build a comprehensive picture of trends that are considered when developing future strategies
