Within the framework of Sanofi Pasteur’ business strategy in the given therapeutic area and in the country, as a Brand Manager, you will develop and implement the Brand strategy in compliance with regulatory requirements, in order to maximize sales, market share and operating profitability of the product portfolio.

Your main responsibilities will be :
Development of the country strategic and operational 5 years Business Plan in accordance with the overall company plan, on the basis of a market / customer needs assessment.
Performance management - tracking SP & product performance vs. pre-set objectives (financial, other KPIs) and following up on negative deviations and opportunities.
Observe the market, anticipate its evolution and search oportunities to develop SP business.
Build promotional material and plans, ensuring compliance of local promotional materials to global procedure and local regulation
Prepare multi channel promotional campaigns towards HCPs and lay public for each cycle, so that the company’s product portfolio is presented in a consistent fashion thus reinforcing brand identity in the market.
Prepare and realize proper education of Sales Force including training on cycle strategy, promo materials usage, key message delivery.
Market research : To propose and conduct market research initiatives to obtain market data which will be a base for, or will support generated strategies.
Collaborate with medical team and sales team leaders to implement product sales force training. Present and explain promotional material.
Bring market access support as needed so as to help win regional tenders.
Develop the relationships with key health authorities ans stakeholders also by participating to national healthcare and scientific events.
Communicate with representatives of healthcare committees, scientific & professional societies, insurance companies, doctors, and distributors.
Organise company & product presentations like lectures, meetings, conferences, seminars, round tables, exhibitions and be a speaker.
Required education / experience :
Fluent oral and written Czech and English
Experience in marketing in Pharmaceutical industry min. 2 years
Experince with Project management and both HCO and lay public promotion is a plus
Experience as a Medical Representative is an advantage
PC skills : MS Office : Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, social media, online marketing and communication
Analytical and strategic thinking, creativity, ability of efficient negotiation, project management, presentation skills, organization skills, hard working
