Position Requirements :
Keep production workload continuously under control (keep production plan up-to-date and realistic, focus on urgent orders and minimizing past-
dues). Continuously improve operational performance through identification, selection and implementation of improvement actions / projects.
Operational performance improvement has to be focused on OTP improvement, lead time reduction and elimination of waste.
Process customer orders in timely manner, understand priorities and handle them efficiently.
Communicate and amend with customers realistic delivery dates to keep customer satisfied and OTD on the given level, prevent capacity disbalances.
Plan production orders respecting both customer request date and OLO available resources (capacity, material, technology).
Continuously keep shift leaders updated, so that they can understand planning processes and tools.
Communicate and collaborate with all other operations departments.
Actively participate in outsourcing activities with engineering and purchasing departments.
Report KPIs or other indicators on local, EMA or corporate levels as required in timely manner.
Shop floor planning / scheduling according to the latest valid and actual document revision.
ERP system transactions maintenance, inventory management.
Process system requirements using MRP for produced or purchased items in timely manner.
Use key metrics as a primary mechanism for monitoring performance and driving effective execution.
Focus on customers to perceive and evaluate OLO site as responsive, reliable, consistent and helpful in offering value added solutions and solving their problems in timely manner.
Develop, implement and manage more effective processes, focusing on continuous improvement of customer service. Utilize all resources to their maximum efficiency in line with EMA needs and goals.
Ensure correct execution of the order handling and planning process.

Secondary education / university degree (technical or economy field preferred)
Min. 7 years in planning in a manufacturing company (purchasing, warehousing or logistics experience as an advantage), corporate environment experiences as an advantage
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), ERP systems experience (Oracle as an advantage)
English language minimum level B2
Position Description :
Coordinate production workflow, plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance, smooth and cost efficient production flow, determine resources and raw materials availability, all with focus to customers’ needs, according to quality standards and on time delivery.
Continuous communication across all operation and with customers is essential.
