  • In the framework of DURA’s policy for HR contributes for a respective country to implement, propose or adapt the company's HR initiatives, lead the country HR team and provide feedback and guidance to the General
  • Management and Functional Leaders in order to achieve excellence and innovation in the delivery of human resource services and contribute to the completion of the company’s business imperatives.

  • Supports the goals and objectives established by the plant he / she is located.

  • Adapt for improvement or suggest HR initiatives, programs, systems and tactics, lead their implementation by the HR teams and evaluate the outcomes in order to ensure they remain appropriate and allow global HR goals achievement
  • Anticipate and understand the roles and responsibilities, strategic goals and business plans of key stakeholders in order to provide a proactive HR service
  • Advise the upper Management on necessary actions to take to ensure effective working relationships, and ensure that the necessary qualified and motivated workforce is available at optimized and competitive labor costs
  • Provide and interpret relevant HR metrics to support company Board of Director business decisions
  • Guide, develop and coach a remote team of HR professionals to ensure that skills and behaviors are continuously developed and established goals are achieved
  • Prepare, monitor and control the annual department budget to ensure costs and headcount are in line with the business plan.

  • Ensure implementation of effective HR communication and develop opportunities for involvement and participation.
  • Continually review the service provided and KPIs and instill continuous improvement spirit to ensure the needs of users are met, HR processes are streamlined and synergies are implemented
  • Carry out any additional duties as reasonably requested by management

  • Master degree, preferably with an HR or Business focus
  • More than 5 years related experience
  • Increasingly responsible positions in HR field, mainly hands-on , in unionized environments
  • Experience of the automotive sector or high competitive heavy- industrial environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of legislation, regulations, and jurisprudence relevant to HR functions in his area of responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Metal Branch collective agreements
  • Fluent in Czech and English language
