About Our TeamWe have opened a European Software Engineering hub in Prague with the office staff of 50 people. The candidate would be responsible for supporting the consistent operation of the office by attending to the reception desk and management of supportive administrative functions related to office management as outlined below.

The candidate is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to external parties and company employees by managing all requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

This is a part-time role with working hours : 8am 12pm, Monday to Friday. What would you be doing?- Receptionist tasks : -

Manage phone calls and incoming / outcoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.). - Visitor s agenda greeting all guests upon arrival (visitors and candidates), prepare badges, visitor list, assigning desks, etc.

  • Badges maintenance for the new hires, visitors and providers. - Parking system maintenance. - Track stock of office supplies and place order when necessary.
  • Communication & relationship with the building and vendors. - Collaborate with team to execute incoming Jira tickets. -
  • Day to day administration of the office : - Ensuring safe and functioning working environment for all staff and visitors.

  • Ensuring meeting rooms are ready to use (Tandberg and electronic peripherals, office supplies, etc.). - Manage office emergency procedures & participate in Emergency Response Team.
  • Catering & events : - Track stock of refreshment supplies and order when necessary. - Manage and order regular breakfast, fruit.
  • Assist with planning and executing company events (in-house and off-site activities), community activities, catering & refreshment.
  • New Hires : Upload photos, preparing working desk as assigned by hiring manager. - Maintain Floor plan, IT equipment inventory.
  • You Have : - Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.- Be customer focused, initiative and pro-

    active.- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.- Attention to detail and problem-

    solving skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook in particular).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech.
