University degree with a minimum of 2 years experience working as Scrum Master.
Scrum certified (CSM / PSM) or other similar Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, PSD, PSK, PAL-E, CSD, CSP, CAL for instance) are preferred and will be beneficial
Experience working in IT Software development company, preferably exposure with Mobile and Web Applications
Knowledgeable in practices / processes that further promote agility (Kanban, Behavior-Driven Development, Test-Driven development, CI / CD, eXtreme Programming, etc)
Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, management, and senior leadership to help promote and support an environment and culture of collaboration, transparency, experimentation, and adaptation.
Discerning, mindful, empathetic, courageous, and has excellent listening and facilitation skills.
Highly organized and has high attention to detail.
